Changes in the legislation to the AML_CFT Act 2009.

What impact do the changes have on shareholders of Maori Investments Ltd (MIL)
All documentation received by MIL must be certified/verified.

MIL will only accept original certified/verified documents. 
Documents copied, scanned and emailed whether they have been certified/verified or not, are no longer accepted unless the original certified/verified documents have been posted, couriered or hand delivered to MIL's Registered Office.

Documents include, but are not limited to:
Personal Identification
Proof of Address
Bank Account Number (signed and stamped by your nominated bank)
Whanau/Family Trust Deed or Trust Order
Change of Name

Succession Evidence Documents
Death Certificate
Maori Land Court 
Letters of Administration

Documents can be certified/verified by one of the following:
Member of Parliament
Registered Medical Doctor
Notary Public
NZ Honarary Consul
Chartered Accountant
Justice of the Peace
Police Constable
Commonwealth Representative
