Succession is the process of transferring the shares of a deceased shareholder to the rightful recipient/s.

MIL successions are governed by the Administration Act 1969, the Tarawera Forest Act 1967 and MIL company constitution.

MIL succession process ensures that transition of shares complies with the relevant Acts and the restrictions contained in our company constitution.

MIL procedure ensures we maintain the integrity of our shareholder records, adhere to legal obligations, and uphold the principles of fairness and transparency in the distribution and inheritance of shares.

It also facilitates efficient communication and engagement with the rightful owners, fostering a harmonious relationship within our shareholder community.
